How to Make Italian Sausage
From December 17 2005, a homemade cooking show on how to make homemade sausage. Every year, about a week before Christmas, we go to my uncle’s house to make the sausage we’ll have for Christmas breakfast. The recipe is verbatim from my Grandpa’s instructions — and that’s also my grandpa’s grinder we’re using.

I was wondering if this is the type of sausage that is served raw, I´m not sure if the ones that are served raw are made of pork but anyway, I think it´s called “Salciccia”. I liked the video a lot!

Good video, I hope everyone washed their hands..?..might have used sterile gloves with all that handling though.
@MrRockStarzification
nu just wash your hands, that’s enough.. people get sick if everything is to sterile.. in fact some sauceges like the ones that’s need to dry needs a healthy number of becteria to get a good drying proces !
