Recipe for Crispy Crust Bread Machine Pizza Dough: Put the below ingredients in the bread machine pan in the following order as listed: 1.5 cups almost hot water 1.5 tsp salt 1 Tbs sugar 2 Tbs butter 4.25 cups flour 2 tsp of ‘best for bread machine’ yeast. If your yeast is old or you can’t remember when you last used it, just get new yeast. Even if it’s in the best before date. This is the most important factor of the dough turning out good. Put it on the 2lb or largest setting. Although the bread machine will claim it’s done in 1 or 2 hours, let it sit for 4 hours to get the full rising. 3 minimum. You need to find the biggest backing pan you can get. If not then you’ll have enough dough for two moderate sized pizza’s. Don’t use a flat cookie sheet. It needs to have borders. This is what I cook at home for real. This is not me copying a recipe and making it for the first time on Youtube. This is tried and tested heavy pizza. No light or low fat.
